I finally asked for help

Hi Duett Client! We only have one spot left for a Done & Delivered spot this summer, so if you know of a friend or fellow creator who would benefit, will you please send them this email or direct them my way?

There are just some things that — unless provided with a plan and held accountable — would NOT happen on their own.

For me, it’s exercise. Never in my LIFE have I ever gotten up at 6:08am regularly to, excuuuuse me, work out?! Never. Not until a few months ago.

I hit a point where I realized that unless I “threw money at the problem,” I’d continue to feel like crap (literally, my body HURT from an injury last year). I needed a way to fix my problems in the simplest, most effective way.

Yeah, I’ve done YouTube videos — and for a couple of years, pretty consistently.

And yes, I love my long walks — but I needed more.

Sure, I can use AI to create a workout plan (or better yet, hire my cousin in Omaha to write me a plan).

But I know myself and my need for more:

  • Personal attention
  • A custom plan
  • Someone making sure it was happening
  • Accountability

Enter: Personal training.

The day I signed up, I gave Alloy Personal Training my credit card information, signed up for Mondays and Wednesdays at 7am (indefinitely) and walked out feeling an immense RELIEF.

Had I not signed up that day, I would not have been holding that sign (above) a mere 4 days later. Or be 6 pounds of muscle stronger right now.

Without making this change, I wouldn’t be where I am now, and likely wouldn’t be 6 months from now either.

It wasn’t going to happen without me taking ownership of my own need for coaching and signing up for the dang thing that I knew would help me (and my lower back) get healthy again.

Maybe working out is easy for you.

And maybe sending emails is NOT.

If you know you need help — with strategy, writing, scheduling, and knowing what to do with the new information we learn from opens and clicks — then that’s what my team and I do through Done & Delivered.

We take the thinking out of the equation for you. And the doing.

Danae felt this to the core when she booked Done & Delivered with us last summer.

She told me:

"I'm getting more worried about AI and Google traffic going down and visibility being more limited and [choosing not to rely] so heavily on it like I always have. And I mean, that's worked great in the past, but it's not working as well anymore.

So I'm just trying to find more ways to get traffic to my site... and email seems to be one that would be a good avenue to go down because it's not something Google or AI can interfere with. They're people who actually want to be on my site."

And while wanting to do email is a common desire, the action-taking can be so hard for creators whose plates are already full:

"Between trying to make new content and trying to keep up with Google and everything and all the changes, and now how video is becoming so important... I just need someone to take some of this load off for me."

With Done & Delivered, we’ll help you increase your site traffic, build relationships with current subscribers, and show up consistently for the list you’ve been working hard to grow — without the weight of email being on YOUR plate to deal with.

Every quarter, you’ll sign off on our strategy, confirm the content, edit any of the copywriting, then go off on your merry way knowing you’re better leveraging your email marketing — strategically. proactively. intentionally.

With Done & Delivered, you can spend your time creating NEW content or updating old content that we then make sure your list sees (and clicks on!).

Can we send your emails too?

BIG NEWS: We already booked our August Done & Delivered start date last week, which means we only have ONE summer spot left — kicking off some time in the next month!

If you want emails going out for you from July through September,* you need to contact me fast so we can get you onboarded (and get those emails OFF your plate), so you can focus on the work you WANT to be doing — or, heck, no work at all!

Join the waitlist and book a call with me by June 25 to snag our summer spot* AND save $200 on your first quarter of the service.

*We could start as soon as July, but only if you book that call with me and sign in the next two weeks.

Questions? You can always reply to my emails. I read every one and will answer whatever questions you have!

Hit reply. I’ll be here! 😊

Let’s Duett,

Allea

It’s officially sweating season in Nashville, and I’ve got plans to hang by the pool on Friday with my sweet friend Elaina Joy.
