Hey Reader! Okay, I have to tell you what's going on in my life right now, because I am SO excited to finally share it with you. I'll be heading to Europe next week! Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, Nice, Marseille, and Barcelona โ all on the itinerary, and I have been quietly vibrating about this trip ever since I bought the ticket back in January. Here's the thing I keep thinking about as I'm preparing to leave: if you're anything like me, this kind of freedom โ the take-three-weeks-and-go kind โ is honestly the whole reason we build businesses. There was nothing for me to do. Nothing at all. My Asana was empty. My inbox was handled. And Kat? She had a whole sales conversation and a new client booked without me (literally at all) โ which is usually my job, my call, my face on the screen. I came home and just felt... cared for. By my own team. That's the...
Hey Reader! Last summer, Adam Sobel came on Happy Subscribers with one of the most advanced email setups Iโd seen from a food blogger. Wellโฆ heโs taken it to a whole other level. We recently hopped on an impromptu catch-up call, and once Adam started telling me what heโd built, I knew I needed to hit record. Adam now treats email as the engine of his business, using what he knows about each subscriber to personalize the emails, offers, and even website experiences they see. And what I...
